New registration deadlines according to the 2023 regulations:

1. By 27 October 2026:
   • Substances on the EU Candidate List as of 31 December 2023.
   • CMR substances (carcinogenic, mutagenic, or toxic for reproduction) in quantities ≥1 tonne/year.
   • Substances that are very toxic to the aquatic environment (quantities ≥100 tonnes/year).
   • All substances in quantities ≥1000 tonnes/year.
2. By 27 October 2028:
   • Substances added to the UK REACH Candidate List between 1 January 2024 and 27 October 2026
   • All substances in quantities ≥100 tonnes/year
3. By 27 October 2030::
   • Remaining substances in quantities ≥1 tonne/year
