Registration Deadlines:

In December 2023, the registration deadlines were extended based on tonnage and substance classification:

1. By 31 December 2026:
   • Substances in quantities ≥ 1000 tonnes/year.
   • Substances ≥ 100 tonnes/year classified as Aquatic Acute 1 or Chronic 1 (H400, H410).
   • Substances ≥ 1 tonne/year with CMR properties (categories 1A and 1B).
2. By 31 December 2028:
   • Substances ≥ 100 tonnes per year (no additional hazard classification required).
3. By 31 December 2030:
   • All remaining substances ≥ 1 tonne per year
